A 2012 graduate of Ashesi University College with a BSc in Management Information Systems, Charles began his career at General Electric (GE), where he quickly rose through the ranks. Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, Charles co-founded several successful hospitality businesses in 2017 in Osu's Nyaniba area, including the Alley Bar, TreeHouse Restaurant, and the Nyaniba Neighbourhood Market.
